Legend Card Quest in Sentry Bailey Bugged - TOS Support literally can't be bothered to read

Date and Time(Please, specify the timezone) : Some time in 2017

Server Name: Klai

Team Name: Sendai

Character Name: Haruna

Bug Description: Portal to the hidden area in Sentry Bailey does not appear in the quest Hidden Area.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. VGA error during previous quest’s cutscene
  2. Talk to NPC to start the “Hidden Area” quest
  3. Portal does not spawn as usual
  4. Go through usual steps to try and fix the problem (Abandon quest, verify integrity, re-install, removed mods)
  5. Quest still broken, submit tickets that are ignored.

Abandon quest, leave the map, relog, then warp onto the map and go up there.

If that doesn’t work, then you might be able to party with someone else and share quest credit of them seeing it and completing it (they have to be on the same quest).

If that doesn’t work either, then I’m out of ideas at the moment.

I have tried all of those back in 2017 when this quest bugged for the first time. Thank you for the suggestions.

At this point, I likely need the GMs to do something about it.
