Thats they whole point. They are not holding your hand its not hard to find the quests if you bother to look.

hei, it was fun to find those npc and hidden chests, if you are rpg fans you must’ve seen these feature on old games like Final Fantasy VIII or IX.

what did u expect on early level? 25? at the same lvl on ragnarok all u can do is heal and blessing. ToS offer more than that.
