Support> Cloth
Dps> Leather

Each shines with their attributes accordingly.

Leather doesn’t do anything for a Cleric’s DPS, it increases Evasion, not damage.
Cloth will give you a little more SP for casting.
Plate will significantly reduce the damage you take from most mobs since they deal physical dmg.

Go Plate, take 1 dmg from everything, you don’t need to heal if they can’t hurt you.

Also, if you want DPS, max out Cure and Heal and stack Int, it’s insane against any mob that doesn’t fly.

Like I wrote in my post above, Plate lets you cheese through mobs like no tomorrow.
Just reach lvl 15 by grinding the Large Red Kepa outside the Miner’s Village, sell all the loot for a few thousand, then buy Dunkel’s Plate set from the Equipment Merchant.

If you’re going solo Cleric, as long as you’re investing into a lot of SPR (Since many skills use SPR in the support tree); You can generally use Plate and not worry maybe too much about SP.

Yup, 20-25 SPR lets you solo bosses without using a single SP potion, put the rest into Int and watch the boss’ HP burst away.
