Launcher stuck up error 824

well my problem is I reinstall the game from 0 and when it finish downloading all and press “play” the launcher got this error

first was the 153779_001001.ipf (a friend gave me the file) and now the ipf of the image

I try everything but I can’t make it work well

(The covered part is my Steam ID so no need to be shown lol).
Go on the folder marked on top of the image and open the marked file, you will see a number inside, insert the number of the file that gave error, if it’s the same, increase the last number by 1, save and close the file and run the patcher.

It’s likely that more errors will popup, keep doing that till it finish.

I remember this issue and I did that, the game still worked normally probably due to the files missing where included in newer patches.

I try that too and that .txt is in another path and show it

I try check integrity of the files

I try deleting xml files

I try with the pre revision file

the only thing that work is requesting someone the file but as u says the error will pop up again and again
