I have the Steam English version and whenever I try to launch it the laucher opens and when it reaches 100% it disappears… I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, I’ve tried putting an exclusion on my anti-viruses and stuff, I’ve tried pretty much everything… I really wanted to play this and it’s not letting me… I’m not sure what to do anymore… Can anyone please help?

Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.)
Click on Properties
Click Local Files tab
Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache

did the game run before?..or did this happen the first time you started the game?
i have the feeling as if some client files are corrupting themselves…as stupid as it sounds
I was in Storage when the game freez… from there i cant log in the game
try deleting the user_c from the game file and open tos again

Yeah I’ve played the game for 5 hours before and now it’s not letting me in…
what do we have here…a player can fix bugs better than the actual developer…
but hey “stop embarassing yourself”

if not…and this is kind of the last option: when you deinstall your game…also delete all remaining files from steam/steamapps/common/treeofsavior

Re-Install game. Nothing happens
Another verify. Guess? Nothing.
Deleted user_c. Everything ok!
