Launcher stopped working after verifying integrity of game cache with Steam

(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Patch the game with this week’s horrible update
  2. Verify integrity of game cache through Steam like you always recommend us to do
  3. Download about 30 files missing
  4. Break your own game and look indefinitely at the launcher that’s stuck

same issue , white screen then auto close after waiting forever, no char select screen. no error screen, tried set 2 on user.xml already not work, fresh install of both steam and client still not work.

Same problem there

Game got crashed then game never open

Then Verify cache from steam and fail update launcher

Unistall and install and same fail when update launcher

Then try open game and same never got open QQ and i want to buy TP thx jesus <3 i will think more on it next time

this is beyond stupid for a game that would require you to keep resetting your entire computer just because the launcher is so much crap. really have any even thought about how lame the whole , reset and reinstall everything from head to toe is for this game client to work!! good god.

did you uninstall any active Addons before verifying?

I recently did this and had an error too, but it worked 2nd time.

What i did was uninstall addons. Verify integrity. Launched game and had an error. Launched it a 2nd time and it worked fine.

Not sure if this will help.

found out how to make it work, first unstall it from steam, go into the steamapp folder for TOS and delete the TREE of Saviors folder thats still there, then run a program like CCLEANER and clean registry, it removes registry for the deleted app from your pc, then finally reinstall game from steam, dont need to reinstall steam. the whole verification process does not work, its because the computer has conflict with the registry file and your install program. , btw ccleaner is free been using it for like ever to clean cache and registry, best program i know less your really into advance registry editing. oh BTW after all this the GPU error guys is back, that means you gonna get crashes again when bosses die, or if players use ice wall and pysch. sry just letting you know.

i did all the above and no result, it says the MFC stopped working, trying to re download files, and at 78% it still stop working
