Launcher Error/ToS Launcher 237

Not sure how to put this put I’ve been getting a nasty problem.
When I click play on steam, the launcher appears and disappear soon after and nothing happend.
When I click play again says ToS is already running.

I’ve tried verify integrity cache/run ToS as Admin/Turn off firewall and anti virus/update the latest c++ and all of that jazz …everything…

So is it solvable?

Please help

First off if this is in the wrong section sorry, please move it if you must. So CBT1 is over and many of us seemingly had trouble mainly with the launcher.
