Bug Description :
As the title says the launcher crashes (stop working and had to be closed and stuf) at 78% when trying to update. I have tried to check steam files, unninstaled / reinstaled the game using CCleaner to clean the registers, even tried to use a VPN to download the patch but nothing seems to work. I’m currently using Windows 7.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open the game
  2. Wait for the launcher to update
  3. At 78% it crashes
  4. Cry, I’m losing the exp from the damn halloween even DAMN COME ON IMC! :frowning:

I get this error every time I check files. This error comes when launcher try to extract some patch. But after crash at 80%, just close launcher and open again. I will extract the current file and finish.

So you just need to open the game.

I’ve tried everything that i could think.
Opened the game again as administrator and this kind of thing :frowning:

Are you opening steam as admin?

Good idea. I tried that and atleast the problem changed. Hahahah
Now, doing so, the launcher opens and after 10 secs it just closes. :frowning:

Tried to launch the game without firewall too but it didnt seem to work.

I even tried to format my computer and still got the ■■■■■■■ same error ‘;…;’

why this game so many bullshit, I had the failed download list file bullshit

So, this topic solved my problem:

Aparently there was another program crashing TOS launcher, after closing every process unless steam and TOS the game worked.
