i think their giving the idea of a real life sword fighter giving multiple strikes or some sort :x

For wizard skills, ice bolt dmg range(or isit range?) and dmg was increased, that’s all i could make out :x
It’s the splash range. Before, it barely had any splash to the point that it might as well be single target. Now it has a splash range similar to Energy Bolt which is pretty nice.
Hate this skill, never makes the cut for me. Has anyone actually found a use for this skill? With out a defined target zone its so unreliable i cant see it being useful for anything.
