I’ve noticed items in the 220+ are very limited. The game should focus more on releasing more item content. I’m cool with new class ranks and all but if there are not item builds it’s pointless. There isn’t a variety of items you can choose to use either for a specfic class. Give us more items to use.
Content will come when they fix the real core issues here, being bugs and optimization, along with hopefully class balancing (though I see the latter coming last.) Hence why the game is closed to new players at the moment. There’s just too much fixing and reworking to be done.

To be fair, it doesn’t say “early access” anywhere on the Steam page 
I think your thread title doesn’t clearly match with your post, the post title mentions content in general, not only items.
ToS, along with most MMOs, is always open for an infinite amount of content…
I agree that the game lacks item diversity though.
