Last Rites is supposed to scale off Sacrament, but it’s exact scaling and ,synergy or workings isn’t properly tested/document yet. Look for the test thread to see some insight into that.
As for sacrament:

It adds a second line of hits to auto attacks that deals 12-40 magic holy dmg if said hit connects.

It adds a additional 12-40 holy dmg to each hit. ( that includes the hit explained above)

Magic deals +50% dmg vs ghost armor enemies and Holy deals +100% dmg vs dark element enemies.

I think they fixed the unusually large bonus dmg sacrament used to do vs dark enemies. Not entirely sure.

Both types of damage always bypass magic defense.
Basically it’s not that bad for a auto attack build. Esp with all the lines of attack we now get. 200 added with lvl 10 sacrament for chaplains basically.
But a lot of the other priest skill point options are also very good, especially for chaplains.
- Aspersion scales aspergillum dmg and defense.
- Stone skin gives tons of block.
- Blessing is bonus dmg on every hit as well. 4 auto atk hits base is quite decent x blessing = fun.
- Mass Heal is only good at lvl 10 imo.
- Revive and Resurrection are also very good.
- Monstrance not so much, 1 point is good for most builds. 3-5 if you’re spr.
- Exorcise needs a buff and isn’t really worth it atm, bit better with pd’s pandemic though.
