Reason for report : Keeps joining our ET party even tho we blocked him and kept kicking him for about 15mins. He was stopping other people from joining our party just cause we didnt want him to come. Just cause we dont like him/dont want to ascociate with him doesnt give him the right to stop others from going to ET by taking up space after being kicked over 10 times.

For the person in your party… Of course the guy can see your shouts even if you blocked him. Blocking only means you cannot see his, but he can still see yours.
And yes, changing name was the smart move, and you also shouldn’t link the party name on the shout in this kind of cases.
Although I don’t see why you are reporting him. What could IMC do ? Punish him for trying to join an ET party… ? It’s annoying to you guys, but I don’t think there’s actually anything against that. It’s not like he wasted your ET runs, was rude, or anything, after all =/
