There are some skills on this section that are either taken off completely or possibly coming in rank 9. An example would be Cataphract’s Dragging Death, which never made it (unless they plan to add it later). There is also a skill called Dragon Dive with the icon similar to Dethrone, which may very well become a skill for Dragoon c3.
