The lancer on the video started blocking, but the skill description says it increases block penetration. Is this a bug?
I think it allows you to block as well as giving you more block penetration. It’s nice.
You can block without a shield and stone skin?!?! And you can block pen without super high STR?!?! Lancer is a beast.
