Nope to both.
my lv 2 laima can still stop several mobs in their tracks, it just depends on the mob as they have different move speeds.
Laima stoping mobs and chronomancer slow does not work. well played. (:
Right now is Siaulai missions it only slows the mons at lvl1
Where as at lvl200 Dungeon some mobs stop and some can walk through it. :u so idk what’s happening to it.
Every level of laima increases the movespeed reduction, the higher the level of your laima statue the more mobs it can completely stop (since mobs have varying move speeds).
