Lag in interaction not combat

I am getting lag when I interact with NPC, picking up drops or learning new skills.
However I am not lag when fighting monsters.
Anyone has the same problem?

Yeah me too, it also happens with quests, sometimes it takes more than a minute for it to complete.

Having the same problem, only reason im not playing for like the entire day is the lag
