I noticed yesterday that sometimes when i used EXP cards those would be consumed and the exp would not increase. This happened once when after a delay of more than 1 minute i timed out, and after i returned my card was gone, but the exp was still on the same %.
A few minut4es ago i used 30 cards at once. My character leveled 3 times but i only got 1 stat point.
These lag issues are getting out of hand pretty quick :l
EDIT: After i levelend again all the lost points were obtained at once. Still not sure about the lost scrolls.
