I believe it should be the 4th boss that drop player its card.
I couldn’t pick it up because of lag.(I believe looting lag is one of the major problems in first few days.)
And then I got timed out after sitting there 5 minutes for waiting.
I logged back right away to channel and the card wasn’t there.
Im losing a lot of items cuz of this lag
but why lose a card? T^T

I waited several minutes and reloged
was a relief when I saw the card in my inventory
I almost lost the top plate too
You’re lucky, happened to me, tried picking it up for 10 minutes, tried to log back on and couldn’t because it said my character ID was already in the server. Wasn’t there when I was finally able to log back in. The lag has been extremely bad for the last ~18 hours for me so far.
