Lacking 1 Skill point please help

Lacking 1 Skill point / My Earth wave skill reduced suddenly

Date/Time and Location :

November 20, 2016 around 10:30PM and I am inside Halloween Dungeon

Description :

First my job class is level 3 and my Earth wave skill was in level 8 at that time but when I logged out inside the halloween dungeon and logged in back again and was in Klaipeda it was back to level 7 but my class job level is still 3. After that I still go inside to Halloween dungeon and thinking that if I level up more the missing skill point will just pop out again but after 2 class level job up still it wasn’t there. I am a Cataphract Circle 2 now with class level 5 and it should have 20 skill points in total. But as you can see in my screenshot it only have 19 skill points overall. Please fix this problem and sorry for my english. Thank you and more power!

@GM_Francis already sent tickets regarding my case and I tried to level up my class level but still it didn’t give 2 skill points but only 1.

using a skill reset potion usually fixed the problem in the past for what I read…

if you don’t mind + the staff takes too long to help yo that is and you are in a hurry to get that 1 skill level…
