With that last kToS patch for Pryo giving players a 50% fire debuff on that prohibitively high CD, and annoyingly channeled flame thrower spell… Did anyone test yet if it stacks multiplicative or additive with Quickcast’s 50% Attribute?
I’m tentative on whether Wiz/Pry would make any sense… ever in any situation… But figured someone probably tested it and did some math. And can tell me at which theoretical matk # Pryo would be able to deal more damage then an Ele(due to it’s much higher flat Matk bonus) with the 50% debuff in effect. Or even if it could potentially ever on paper or in practice.
I want to at least throw the idea out there so if someone is inclined to do some spreadsheets might check it out or find short comings in the idea.
