STRENGTH NOW INCREASES BLOCK PENETRATION
Many skills have their range increased (don’t know to what extent though).

They are useless PVP range buffs, Completely useless and leaves the class as garbage as it was without them. Increasing range of skills without increasing the AoE attack ration on them is useless. Not to mention it still leaves them 200% behind the curve (minimum).
