Actually I think this somewhat explains why IMC’s policy in Tree was always “we aren’t restoring items ever for any reason unless you can prove it was the game bugging out,” probably as a way to reduce the amount of GM-generated items as much as possible.
This is actually a very low position, generally the “lowest” possible manager position in any business.

That’s exactly how it should be, extremely strict rules and logs that would prevent all kind of bullshit
But clearly it wasn’t enough and doing this undetected for years just shows the system was flawed or not completely thought through
There has been rumors about people who are in contact with IMC employees that they maybe get items or favors generated for them and usually it would be easy to dismiss that because any decent company would have strict protocols to prevent that
But now I’m extremely dubious, anyone that can contact and speak to IMC employees in discord or emails has potentially the opportunity to bribe them into doing this since apparently its fairly easy to go undetected
We all now got the answers we’ve been looking for why GM’s are not active or no GM visibility in the game regularly because for sure their GMs in Tree Of Savior got heavily restricted due to Granada Espada’s case.

I agree with Csiko and even at the time that I played granado there was a full pvp map and although I am not a fan of pvp I wonder why it has not been done since it is a relatively simple thing to do.

to tell the truth the crusader lost 15% in the damage buff in the chant but won the buff in the ring of light and the druid in my view was the same the only thing you can call a nerf was in the thorn which is not the skill more relevant .
and auto cast stuff is sweet xD.
Needs more channeling, -50% damage, but faster hits.

The so called “automatic sanction system” you mention is based on the number of accumulated reports that a user has received. Unfortunately, we currently don’t plan to enable such a feature, because we worry that there may be inaccuracies or unreasonable reports that are made between hostile users and guilds, which would lead to unjust automatic sanctions.
However, we are analyzing all of the suggestions and comments sent over by saviors through various sources. We will try to come up with a solution as soon as possible.
Assister Cost and Storage Expansion
Currently we are planning on expanding the cost limit and storage limit of assisters alongside the addition of new assisters and other related content updates. We will be adding these updates soon.
