What is this change, we don’t need to use magic shield anymore to proc triukas?
It was kinda of stupid that the proc was from magic shield, the only skill that has downside, the other classes can cast the buffs without any downsides like the insane SP depletion, why not put this in lethargy or create a new buff to be on par with the others, they also need to change it from the demon set.

Yes, you no longer need to use a skill to activate force waves buff. It is now automatic once you equip the Triukas accessory.
If you are referring to Overload demon set, then it has already been changed to activate the buff upon first hitting an enemy.

those animations are exploited too much in so many skills effect/arks across classes in every tree
well about the video, i cant tell if the guy in video switch to sadhu vv or not but most of time i see he use effect of necrosis, and when you use necrosis and switch its effect get removed, so obviously pd will be more dominant because he mainly use pd vv
if he want to showcase main sadhu he shouldve pick sadhu and another 2 steroid class to boost sadhu like druid and miko or krivis probably cause they dont have vv, then we can see him more focusing on sadhu [and probably fail the run]
also its because sadhu still got lack of interaction with another cleric classes except for its armor arts which seems nice, but all i see is thats it, most sadhu buff only buffs itself
remember how miko become a thing when they make hamaya+entity awesome (and they nerfed it) and make it an rng steroid and magic circle buffer class?(thanks to how cute miko master it they are lovable so its not nerfed(yet)) or how kabbalist could become self-sufficient dps support by buffing gevura and they just cancel it and instead nerf it even further?

To be fair, I don’t believe Sadhu’s Vaivora will help much, being a mostly-QoL Vaivora in general. The guy used Sadhu skills as well, but it really fell short IMO in part due to lack of skill points (sacrificing points from Astral Body Explosion and Vashita Siddhi into Astral Body Smite and Possession, both single target skills and where Sadhu’s damage is at).
Current Sadhu, aside from its Out-of-Body mechanics and its useless Class Art Attributes, is a decent mobbing class with a good DPS rotation, 3 great mobbing skills and a synergy with Possession to help on bossing damage. New Sadhu does away with the irritating mechanic, but instead …

Replaces a mobbing skill (current Out-of-Body) for Astral Body Smite with non-existent mobbing potential (like wow, big range but hits one target, really?) and as a skill point sink.

Sadhu’s second Class Art attribute (40% damage buff upon staying in Out-of-Body) remains unimplemented, AKA Sadhu only has 1 Class Art attribute in that 25% min critical chance to Holy Damage (limited synergies).

Changed Sadhu with great mobbing skills into a discount bossing class with worse mobbing skills and held back by a Vaivora.
Reused old assets aside (yeah, Smite animation without mace with those ground cracks like really), I really think the rough idea behind their changes to Sadhu isn’t completely wrong, but their implementation of it is utter arse. IMO introducing Sadhu Vaivora along with Sadhu’s rework was a mistake, and they should’ve made a solid class out of Sadhu first before adding one, like how Exorcist is rather solid on its own and its Vaivora is fantastic icing on the cake.
Ironic that Sadhu is a class IMC gave a lot of attention and major reworks to since last year starting from before Re:Build all the way till now, but those reworks always failed and usually made things worse. On all times, Sadhu players asked for those reworks to be reverted but to no avail. Old Sadhu with the old Possession channeling remains the peak of Sadhu’s time, and IMC’s excuse to ax old Possession was to “increase dependency on Out-of-Body”, but here we are.
Time for Sadwhos to wait for another 6 months for a rework.

Similar thing happened to Bokor:
1 - Curse of Weakness has no sfr scaling with skill level, and is single target only.
2 - Effigy lost it’s synergy with FF’s Bone Pointing. Does decent single-target dps though.
3 - Samediveve is good actually. But the long cooldown is rather limiting. Can deal AoE damage.
4 - Zombify is good too, being able to do the same % as Samediveve, but with a higher hitcount. The uptime on the zombie is pretty bad though. Again, can do AoE damage.
5 - Bwa Kayiman has a large AoE with low cooldown. At first glance, it looks awesome, but then you look at the skill factor and debuff removal mechanic, and you start to cry. You lose the good damage debuffs to gain a 150% damage increase to the class’ worst skill…
6 - Damballa does good damage, but is now single-target… The Bokor VV improves Damballa considerably, but why would anyone use the Bokor VV when the Shadowmancer VV exists? Unless of course, you are playing a dark wiz build without Shadowmancer…
7 - Mackandal is meh. Less trolling potential now (can no longer kill your own party), which is a good thing. New effect is meh, due to the uptime/cost to cast this skill limiting its usefulness.
Keep in mind all single-target skills do not get boosted by Infernal Shadow. Bokor does not seem to be a good replacement for Taoist in FF-Shadow builds, after Lightning Charm was nerfed. In my opinion, Warlock (even with nerfed skill factors) ends up being better due to its 20% final damage increase to dark damage.
I’ll still try the class though, simply because it visual effects are cool.
TLDR: Bokor is now a dark wiz, which has little to no synergy with other dark wiz classes. Don’t get me wrong, it is much better than before, but still leaves a lot to be desired.
This is a WBR skill table I found on the inven forums, from a ktos Bokor-FF-Shadow player. 1-Infernal, 2-Kurdaitcha, 3-Thorn, 4-Samediveve(+Zombify, they count as the same skill when using the large zombie attribute), 5-Effigy, 6-Ark, 7-Damballa, 8-Condensation, 9-Force Wave, 10-Curse of Weakness.

Its debuff is actually applied to anyone in front with Curse of Weakness, so you can actually apply it to shadow: maintain the boss with CoW all the time (10s CD 30s duration, pretty easy), and, upon using shadow, cast CoW on the shadow (boss already have CoW) and use effigy (will apply to both boss and shadow). Since effigy lasts for 30s (and shadow CD is 30s), you can use effigy only once every 30s and you will be fine.
Yeah, healing is disabled during Heal: Corrupted Sphere attribute too so that target wheel made no sense. Sadly, not all stack mechanics are created equal. I see some potential in Sadhu, but when it has to stand against classes like Exorcist, Crusader, Plague Doctor (and their respective Vaivoras), Druid, Miko and even against support clerics. it just really lacks oomph. Bokor just became weirdly complicated with all these stacks and debuffs, but my biggest pet peeve is IMC snapping old Damballa off the class for a black thunder.
At this point, I don’t know who I prefer more, Stacks intern or Channeling intern.

and also the 20% sfr of condemn is so lack of details. i hope someone can give us showcase cause even if in 30 sec you optimally use holy smash (no cd reduct involved) thats like 6x2 holy smash so 240% sfr of condemn but its unknown yet (for me) whether its sfr per hit or 20% of total sfr, and given how they treat cleric, i assume its sfr per hit and if its per hit than its 20% of 240% which means only 48% of condemn dmg lol
and even if its end up total sfr, holy smash skill animation is so wobbly that even with its 5 sec cd the animation and its speed is garbo.
an archer could probably spam like 2-3 arrow skills with more damage while a crusader finish his first overheat of holy smash.
theres like an annoying long skill delay when you throw the sphere and with quite far target the skill sometimes registered as target too far even when the sphere can actually reaches that far lol

Infernal Shadow was changed. Now, after you cast, you can only hit the shadow, but you deal 20% more damage to it. Meaning single target skills and AOE are all the same.
Curse of Weakness and Shadow Fetter decrease enemy’s magic defense, but, because of the balanced from some months ago, only the higher effect is active. Because SF’s effects will slow down the stacking of Shadow Erosion to buff Shadow Condensation’s big bomb, you want Curse of Weakness active to get the best benefits.
Featherfoot still has Kundela Slash, which deals increased damage on the target depending on how many debuffs the enemy has. Caps at 3, and the SFR is really bad, I know, but there is a synergy.
And Bokor’s long rotation makes the fast paced rotation of Warlock so much easier to maneuver around.
I think that damage distribution reflects people used to the old SM’s style of play.
And what is Force Wave? The Accessory’s effect? Or one of the Goddess’ cards effects?
