Man, housing will make me stay logged in h24 again. I know it’s a silly thing, but I swear… I’d probably grind harder for it than even for gear.
i think the biggest mistake imc made is the lvl cap increase and introduce lvl 400 gear… which make velco outdated …imc should just focus on introducing more pve guild contents… like player housing … fishing … farming … crafting … etc… old guild contents have been the same since the beginning…
welp it imc logic in making their game …
summer season balance patch
Seriously, another exo buff ? Just wow…
those cata buffs tho ho lee fak
Exo position be like:
- make 2hmace exo meta
- buff rod user
Nani?
Monks be like now Exorcists feel a LITTLE bit of my pain
- Make Monk skill level +2 effect on 1H-Mace
- All Monk’s offensive damage attributes are 2H-Mace
Nani?
Well by looking through the Google-translated page, I liked
Lancer & Catering as one of the main contents
A gold coin = from Debunk immunity below 3 ranks ->to All debuggable immune (???XD)
I always thought omamori > dispeller but they tell us that they were the exact same all the time, huh…
Nice little Wastrel Shield improvement = Immune to a certain probability of debuff below 2 ranks -> Immune to all possible debuff chances
An ambulance = Change the base effect by consuming SP proportionally ->
Increased SP consumption in PVP area (i guess Genbu Shield, but an ambulance is fine by me)
That cleric “stat application” bothers me just like the recent heal changes, feels like it is just too much fiddling and too much special treatment (imo)
Reads like you can switch phys/mag stat points for 7 cleric classes as you like…Sighs, oh well IMC in a nutshell i guess
" It is positive that the Caterpillar is synergistic with other boarding classes. "
loved that cata explanation sentence
Steed charge
One second cast is removed, and the skill changes to instant cast .
Within 1.5 seconds any additional use will be removed .
Overheat is changed .
- 1 time → 2 times
uhm…to infinty and beyond…? that’s a crazy mobility boost
EXO definition:
Since the exorcist is in charge of the magic dealers in the cleric series, <- thx cpt obvious
the inconveniences of using the attack skill are improved <- wait do I play the class any differnt???
and the linkage effect of the skill factor and the sacred attribute attack is added <- can’t quite grasp this one
EXO gets Rod buff -> why…just…why
the only thing i agree here is aquaB buff since that became really sad, everything feels kinda uncalled for, at least imo
Krivis (Cribi)
Melisse( Melstis xD)
[ Melissa ] The effect of the buff will change .
- The effect of increasing your buff time is removed .
- Among Melissa Buffs, gives enemies [ Meltdown ] debuff with a certain probability when attaking enemies .
- [ Melissa ] Buff Duration : 60 seconds
- [ Meltdown ] application probability
- Basic attack : 75%
- Skill Attack : 25%
- [ Meltdown ] effect
- Reduces Magical Defense and Physical Defense by [ Debuff Overlap ] * 1% , and causes wide area damage around the target periodically .

- [ Meltdown ] Debuff Duration : 20 seconds
- Wide Area Damage : [ Skill Level ] * [ Overlap ] * [ Higher magical attack power than physical damage ] * 2%

NOOOOOOOO!!! I hate this so much
Peroration:
In this posting, we briefly explained the update direction and revision contents . The following post will be on the Arts system which will be reflected as a follow-up update after the balance patch , how to apply the legend set effects to be changed in the future , and guild housing information . Thank you .
so to be continued
Those alternate stats though, it kills hybrid damage dealing builds, further kills off the ability of physical classes to use Heal, and further pushing people into using either pure physical or magic builds. Is there any point for physical clerics in picking up Heal with their non-existent healing power?
IMC did mention quite some time ago they were going to work on hybrid damage builds due to the existence of classes which benefits from both, not segregate them even further. At this point is there any reason for physical clerics to exist with their non-existent healing power, might as well bring them over to Swordsman class.
Monk gets no love as flipping usual, but what the hell is Exorcist getting buffs for?
EDIT: Also, since when do Dievdirbys and Pardoner (and Chaplain even) ever needed a physical stat alternative?
Frankly at this point, they should just change whole cleric tree to become a full “magical tree”.
Example make monk enforce their punch with magic to be magic monk instead of physical. Delete mace and go for rod on them. And no hybrid problem anymore.
Since there are 3 physical tree , it would bring magic tree to 2, instead of 1 + 1 hybrid tree.
First they nerf the Lancer’s Prevent… Now it’s time to nerf Initiate… The only swordsman class who can resist debuffs is Murmilo now.
The current meta is heavy CC classes vs classes with debuff imunity skills, so…
They removed Melstis buff extension aspect and left Daino with a pitiful duration.
Prana/Zealot Buffs/Sterea Troth etc: (Does not exist)
Jkjk wish IMC can increase the duration of such buffs to compensate for Melstis disappearing. Maybe IMC is designing a new Cleric class and wants to reuse Melstis’ effect for it AKA recycling old assets yet again (Jkjk).
Also wishing for the translation for Melstis to come out quick. That skill is starting to look confusing and I wonder how much SFR it does per 2 second tick.
I also forgot to mention i hate this adaptive stat change if it becomes a mandatory feature, hybrid builds like Exo-Inq will be hit hard now that one side will dominate the other completely (not sure which, but it kills the point of building hybrid). That makes me wonder how does that apply to skills, will Sterea Trofth also focus on a single aspect? Cause it weird for it to not when Druid was designed as a bridge/hybrid type of class.
I made a hybrid with Inq-Exo-Krivis just because the latter had that blending aspect to bridge the other classes, with those changes i feel less like keeping it or the build itself since Krivis feels even less interesting.
That’s way less frustrating.
wait, you can pick between a physical or magical stat spread on those classes? or it depends on your build, and it applies automatically?
I gave up on cata-lancer a month ago…
so…
I will wait for translation of the rest…
Pain Barrier = 3 seconds debuff immunity
Lancer = only buffs with these changes
Crush now inflicts defense reduction
Rhongomiant inflicts 2 seconds of stun (+ shield strip via attribute)
Quintainn deals additional hit when used in succession : 1>2>3 hits
when used on crush debuff it will hit 3>4>5 times, = 12 hits in total , 3 times more than currently
Initiate ignores enemy defense based on your attack, meaning you can ignore up to 40% of your attack value of the enemies defense [5% per skillevel * enhancement attribute *0,5], which can be huge, depending on the enemies defense/armor type.
Unhorsing becomes a knockdown regardless of the enemy riding or not
new attribute: up to 20% of your plate armor defense as bonus
way too strong, lancer is already a monster, now he comes on to you with 3 sec pain barrier immunity, stuns & strips shield with rhongomiant, crush for decreasing your defense and hits 12x for 1075% damage while partially ignoring your defense.
The damage changes its ok, but swordsman needs debuff imunity skills to survive in competitive pvp. That’s why we only see those 2 classes in high ranking TBL or GTW: Murmilo or Lancer. Because of Murmilo’s Helm 50% debuff resistance, and Lancer’s Initiate 70% debuff resistance.
Current pvp meta is all about CC and debuffs.
Pain Barrier don’t give a consistent resistance and don’t remove debuffs already applied.
Just 20% is not a big deal, for 400’s set plate +11 t10 users it will give ~+4500 pdef, not enough to tank, but it’s welcome.
D great buff here was that its now capable to break genbu, magic shield n subzero, -15% pdef is a good too + initiate giving -7k+ pdef on target.
N that one will allow lancer to kill easily wout kraujas
w new 400’s pike ichor lancer can avid part of cc, but rykuma maybe be a must in gtw after this last buff.
I think they want to force lancer players to fulfill lancer’s class concept:
Lancers are mounted units that are highly effective against footmen. They also have the ability to break through enemy structures and magic circles.
and there is another old description also taken from tos’ website that said something like “maneuver class that bravely charge into enemy lines”, they use this last part in d current cataphract description:
Cataphracts are mounted warriors that bravely charge into enemy lines.
N, lastly, this:
Iron Will
- Immunity to status ailments of rank 3 and below for 2 seconds when the following skills are used
Ichor’s new 400 pike, that show us their purpose to do w lancer, a maneuver utility bruiser that has a good cc resist while r moving n a deadly combo.
If goint to work, dno, but probably reti+murm will be superior in most scenarios.
