Skill Balance
-Rod Mastery casting time reduction increased (30% -> 50%).
-Additional property damage based on debuffs will be removed temporarily (frozen targets taking extra lightning damage, petrified enemies taking extra fire damage, cursed targets taking extra dark damage). They will be changing it to additional damage based on skill type.
-Crafting skill scrolls will be adjusted so you can only craft the highest level of a given skill.
-Companion maximum HP will now scale with the ownerโs level.
-Fragmentation Jewel cooldown removed.
-Fixed an issue with a couple skills:
Malleus Maleficarum SFR (100 / 0 -> 124 / 4)
Immolation SFR (100 / 0 -> 126 / 4.2)
-When an attack is blocked, a message will appear stating โBlock!โ. Block now prevents being knocked back or knocked down by an attack. While holding up your shield to guard, you are immune to knockdown and knockback, regardless of whether or not block was successful.
-Corruption and Greater Corruption debuffs changed. It now causes increased damage taken from physical and fire attacks, and no longer decreases max HP/provides additional Missile damage.
Item Balance
-Armor durability consumption reduced by 40%.
-Weapons with 0 potential will be given +1 potential.
Equipment Trader
-In Klaipeda and Orsha, you can now purchase level 40 and 75 normal equipment.
-In Fedimian, you can now purchase level 120 normal equipment.
Trading Grade System
-Changed the name of transaction grade 4. Specifications and effects unchanged.
Skill Changes
Lancer
-Crush no longer decreases enemy physical attack, and now instead reduces physical, magical, and subweapon damage dealt.
Necromancer
-Raise Skull Soldier damage increased (35% -> 150%).
-Raise Skull Archer damage increased (35% -> 150%).
-Raise Skull Wizard damage increased (35% -> 150%). The wizard will now immediately use its AoE magic attack upon being summoned. The AoE attack now causes Necromancer Bane for 15 seconds and the Skeleton Wizard will now deal more damage per Necromancer Bane stack on enemies.
-Create Shoggoth damage increased (35% -> 135%).
-Corpse Tower damage increased (50% -> 140%).
-The attribute Necromancer: Enhanced Corruption has been re-added to the game.
Hunter
-Coursing now causes fear for 20 seconds on enemies grabbed by the pet.
-Rush Dog now causes fear for 20 seconds on enemies hit by Rush Dog.
-Retrieve now causes fear for 20 seconds on retrieved enemies.
-Praise can now be refreshed by using it again.
-Growling now repeatedly provokes/taunts nearby enemies (including boss monsters) for 10 seconds with each growl.
Musketeer
-Grooving Muzzle maximum skill level changed to 1 (15 -> 1). Defense ignore effect increased (15% -> 30%). Skill duration is now locked to 60 seconds instead of scaling with skill level. It now hits one additional time instead of two (not positive on this last sentence).
-Covering Fire range doubled (30 -> 60). Deals 50% additional damage to slowed or feared enemies.
-Volleyfire now deals 50% additional damage to slowed or feared enemies.
Quarrel Shooter
-Scatter Caltrops now inflicts the Slow debuff instead of a generic reduced movement speed debuff.
-Block and Shoot now provides a buff upon blocking. Your next attack will change this buff to a 3 second buff that provides +50% damage for all attacks made within those three seconds.
Rune Caster
-Rune of Stone can now be used with Rune of Giants as intended.
-The attribute Rune Caster: Skilled Casting has been changed. It now provides a chance to receive a stacking buff. With 1 stack, the casting time of all rune spells is reduced to 1 second. With 2 stacks, the casting time is reduced to 0.5 seconds. The duration of the buff scales with attribute level, with a max level of 50. The duration is: [3 sec + Attribute Level x 0.2 sec] + 2 more seconds if you reach max attribute level 50.
Sapper
-New attribute: Broom Trap: Reduced Movement Speed. Causes enemies to get a stacking debuff that reduces movement speed by 25% per stack (3 stacks maximum).
Dievdirbys
-Carve Owl AoE attack ratio increased (8 -> 15) and defense count/HP increased (15 -> 50).
Many bugs with Re:Build were fixed.
