Honestly I think they’re both equally p2w. I really dislike both and wish IMC would get rid of them, but they can’t resist making an easy dollar.

Not excactly. With this item you can buy +16~ full pot lucky Primus wpn but with one shitty purple line. And reroll it to all green lines. DA and this item will overpower each other, making them P2W combo.
DA alone is not broken, I think.

Just curious on why you think DA are not broken cause it seems obviously broken to me.
Cause its still RNG. Same fail chance and limited supply.

Maybe they’re limited because DA are locked behind an RNG paywall?
When a consumable cash shop item becomes worth more than a permanent cash shop item, I consider it broken in my opinion.
Ayone knows What happens to transcend level n socket when transfering to ichor ?
I guess the same thing when you break a weapon with 0 potential puff

Freeze debuff has been changed to slow and lightning damage increase debuff.
