No, it is not a guild raid. You can enter without a guild. It will be a new type of ‘daily dungeon’, like instance dungeon, mercernary post, saalus, uphill, (earth tower), challenge mode.

I wonder will IMC extend the random stats itemisation to bracelets and necklaces. The current bracelet/necklace line up looks like they are available to elites only.

Those lv300 accessories are not costly.
But the thing is those are “hethran quest accessories”. and getting lv300 ones downright very difficult to simply impossible if you have crap luck.
This is why i gave up on crafting those (in iToS though). Used 70++ lv2 hethran badges and still I didnt manage to get the recipe bcz of the RNG involved in quest generation.
