Is daino a party buff?
can daino change thaum3’s buff patk to matk?
and apply on lightning’s hand attack? (considering it modified your basic attack)

its better than that video makes it look like, 50% increased crit damage, ignore block via attribute, applies armor break via atribute which is huge later on

ALSO a huge thing people are ignoring is the fact that red gems are a thing and that unidentified two handed weapons have 5 slots
5 7* red gems is 1550 more attack that WILL NOT VARY.

Daino has been changed into a self buff.

Anyone tested lvl 10 Drain on Warlock? XD
Will it only add 1,000 dmg to basic attacks? Will it even absorb 10 spirits? XD

Actually, red gems add max attack to BOTH physical and magic attack. I used red gems on my pyro and had varying magic dmg. So if you have min-max patk and converted it to magic attack, theoretically, your damage will still be varied, just counted as magic damage.

What I want to know is: Does the buff switch your patk and matk? Does it add your patk and amtk? or does it just plainly convert all physical dmg into magic? (meaning damage is calculated the same way using patk, but the dmg type is magic instead of physical)

But you can link it with a Linker right ?

From what I understood it only swap Patk for Matk on your AA. Lightning’s hand is already based on Matk.

I think what he is saying is, since it adds patak and matk, if it would convert said patak into extra matak, resulting in 2xmatak.

you missed the point so hard

it brings you minimum attack on par with your max attack, it has nothing to do with you magic attack, doesnt give you anything related to magic, and for god sake why would it… what benefit would that give to musket.

im pretty sure i never mentioned magic attack at all, and why would i had? red gems biggest issue is that their average damage is half of what it says and even worse it can be 0 bonus as it is only max attack. sniper serenity boost minimum attack (again nothing to do with magical attack) up to your maximum attack, nothing to do with magic, it will make your damage not vary, boost critical damage by 50% , ignore block and reduce def to 0. still has nothing to do with magic

Actually, red gems also increases maximum M.atk.

That part of his comment was on Serenity, not red gem.

His comment was about the fact that the other guy brings up magic atk when his initial post was about red gem adding max attack (he never said ‘only’ physical attack either) and that Serenity’s raising min attack to max attack value makes red gem really good for Musk 3

*Special effect: your attacks have a 15% to activate a -sharpening- buff for 5seconds. If you stack this buff 5 times, your next basic attack will deal 5 hits.
Sharpening buff: +60 critical attack damage per stack.

Note: Seems like a corsair3-matador2 weapon, to use with corsair dual weapon assault.
