It should either lower attack power (this debuff was added to the database after warlock3 - same name), or be similar to Hunter3 growling effect (growling-terror debuff). Might be stun too~
The video shows that the enemies get the stun stars effect, and not move after being hit by mastema or the new skill. If itās not fear, what could that be?

stun does seems short. But still seems good. Also seems like they can only get stunned the first time they are hit by POA
more Hits and stronger Hits VS ranged enemy

Ooooohhh, interesting. So number of hits looks like is based on enemy distance.
fear isā¦ a weird status effect, like scoutās flu flu, it can aggro the enemies or make them hit each other, unpredictable result

I think it is fine for the stun to be short, increases consistent damage a little but the best part about PoA is still the debuff from when enemies leave the area and get the DoT, so if the stun was too long you might miss the chance of applying it before PoA vanish by itself.
(the reason i think Fire Pillar/Raise/any long lockdown may not be optimal all the time with PoA, unless you can OTK your targets right away)
Can it hit flying enemies? I was gonna reset my Shadowmancer into WL3, but i got the rank reset bugā¦ TAT

in patch note state unstable cube also directly give practonium (might be an expire one donāt sure on this until itās goes live)

Just letting you know Fear has always been a mini stun and lowering the attack power of the debuffed target. You can test this from Hunters Pointing Attribute.

Since many never get this skill, they never realized what it actually did.
The stun however does not work on bosses, but the damage lowering effect does.
Pointing Fear and Growling Fear are completely different.
