I don’t actually mind if this new content comes without rank9, but they will have to make new content on top of this one when rank9 releases.
Having new quest lines is actually a normal thing, the real problem is not creating content when its due.
That is, if they release rank9 after this and that’s it, they will break their records of incompetence.
But on other hand, there is still a chance that rank9 will come with it. So, let’s hope for the best.
Do not forget that ktos players have already received a change that double the armor stats, we still waiting for that patch…
Edit: I read it again, it seems the skill description is off.
Before:
Bonus holy damage boost: [damage]
Additional holy damage boost: +[damage] (+sign indicates extra line of attack on normal attacks)
After patch:
Bonus additional holy damage boost: +[damage]
+sign should mean ‘extra line’. Could or could not be working as intended.
It wasn’t nerfed but adjusted; God Smash went from 3 Overheat 30 seconds CD to 2 Overheat 20 seconds CD which is the same DPS but less burst potential.
Anyway, the new skills for Bokor,Sorcerer and Necromancer are quite useless. If there was a skill that’d turn the zombies passive I’d love to take it, but if it’s just to change targets, that is pretty much waste of potential.
However, I like that they left the STR bonus and AoEattack ratio bonus intact on Ogouveve while adding the damage boost (10% per skilllevel) on top of it.
Finally the skill is worth investing points again, I completely skipped it because only the AoE attack ratio was useful but very situational (as most of the times the zombies were spread too far).

Try to check the coders you are using to compress the video. The audio sounds too low or requires to increase the volume over the other sounds.

Which im not sure if it could mean a new hidden class, or the whole Rank 9 class update. Or more class balance/reworks.

I’m pretty sure this means RANK 9. Can someone translate it properly, google is confused if it’s 1 to 5 or 6 to 8.
this is the rank reset voucher for the current event in ktest where you can get a rank 6 character if u already have a max level character. the reset vouch is provided for them. nothing to do with r9 @Hillgarm

Why people ignored your post 
These are items for a Job Advacement for Shadowmancer. It could mean that the “New Class update” means a new hidden Shadowmancer class. And considering the maps is tied to are R8, it could be a hidden R8 wizard class, maybe.
