Frost Cloud change is preposterous. This applies to the 10+ will be changed to the skill level! It will destroy entire builds!

It’s the AoE ratio, frost cloud will have max 15 AoE ratio, which means it won’t hit as many medium-big mobs as before

This will also make staffs with aoe ratio more useful, since everyone seems to be using rod+shield/dagger

It will have quite an heavy impact, but seems like a fair nerf overall. It’s a strong skill, with a relatively low cooldown. Having an AoE ratio limit definitely makes sense.

So many KTOS players are feeling anger about only nerf not buff in Korean community

Especially highlander and Doppelsöldner users are more angry

I think many KTOS players will leave KTOS

The cleave debuff happens after the skyliner nerf on iTOS though, so we’ll get that for sure
