KTOS 50% slash buff(cleave) - when?

So… the 50% buff from cleave that happened on KTOS will come for us ? How can we know for sure ?

Curious about this subject since the korean version has alot of different stuff for a long time (no CD sky liner) that don’t seem to be comming for us.
