[kTest[Ktos]] Class rework thread

@greyhiem Is the max card effect at kTOS now is 5 pcs? Or it only applies to damage cards (like Glass Mole) and card effects during hit (like Templeshooter) can be stacked at 8?

@devieskho Not dead. Pelt3 rode3 murmilo is the most popular murmillo build.

@SadisticMike Arch2 Ranger3 Reiter3, Arch2 rang2 appraiser reiter3 are most popular. QS3 reiter isn’t popular because running shot doesn’t work with limacon properly.

Huh? Why ranger in an SR build? Sorry I don’t know much about of archer classes

SR have a solid damage rotation, ranger steady aim buff 20% missile damage is a good buff …

is the running shot x limacon a bug or is it intended?

Well limacon is basically even with running shot now then as far as damage goes, +200% runningshot and +190% limacon

Limacon got a slight buff (before that change+fix it’d be (1+1)*2 = 4x damage, now it’s (1+1.9) * 1.5 = ~4.5x)…so they removed the one button spam and change it to one button hold…

299 + 16.5*14 = 530%, at lv 15 the 3rd hit bonus is around 3x, so Bokor have about 2600% skill factor on target that takes 30% more Dark damage (Hexing attribute) and have slightly reduced mdef…on 4s CD…yeesh.

Prepare for the evil laughs, and unlike PD multiple Bokors actually benefit from this (only one of them have to cast Hexing)

Does anyone know if anviling different color of items produce different results in terms of bonus gained?
Eg. a +1 blue weapon gain the same bonus than a purple one?

Yes it is different.
Higher colour items get more.

As you can see the bonus is ***21%***, not 25%. Oddly enough it’s sliiiiightly higher, more like 21.5%, for Leather but Embowel is a weird skill anyway with how it splits its damage into consistently the same values, unlike other fake multihits, so :thinking:. A 4 damage error margin is acceptable.


Actually scratch that. Armor modifier makes NO sense.

I’m level 223 for the record. A mob 206 levels below me doesn’t even gain an armor bonus AT ALL (cleave/wild nature still function normally!) . And a mob 3 levels ABOVE me STILL isn’t +25% damage.

IMC what even.

Now, builds like cataphract>lancer how they are putting their stats for damage output? (for TBL)
Last time I check these guys are going full crit, but after the patch are they investing full str?

Some mechanics aren’t the full mechanics from Ktos, also some things are sometimes bugged (did a ticket for that to help dev team fix it earlier).
But at least we have final % factor so we alredy can calculate nearly completely the builds. And when we know the next mechanic that should come next week max it’ will be cool.

Just a little unsure about one of my most loved build (Char has 36K attribute points XD).
Was Chaplain Monk 2 Inqi. And still love the build, but have fear it’s not that good anymore with the patch, i’m pretty much testing things to see if its as efficient as “near meta” builds.

Really enjoying the patch so far.

1st day went Full SPR Krivis3Bokor3Taoist : was honestly so hard playing this. Zaibas deal no damage considering monsters have as much defence as my attack. Zaibas bug didn’t help.
Zombies finally do something. ~1000-2500 per Zombies. With 315 SPR. Much enjoyable.
Can’t wait the patch about the taoist paper cost.

Little info: i think the critical attack is not used in the defence part of damage formula. It won’t decrease ennemies’ reduction from defence. Dont have the numbers sorry, I tested with a +1400 crit attack Zalciai. ( Sorry for that trash engrish )

2nd day Full SPR Cleric2Bokor3Druid3 : much better. Carnivoris buff is pretty good. I still deal little damage on my own but since i have a better skill rotation it’s way better than Krivis

I’ll try Priest3Bokor3Something. I expect it to be way better with this insane new blessing.

The game is harder overall since i’m not Full INT so this new defence formula kills me. But way more enjoyable.

Small Pardoner question:
So far, every time it was discussed, Pardoner was considered to only apply their STATS to the sold buffs, not attributes.
But is this actually still true?
