What stat points should i invest if KrivisC3>MonkC3>ZealotC3? After the update, the Double Punch - Added 0.05 sec to post-cast delay. Which i think investing on Dex is a waste or not? any advise.

Just saying, now is not a good time to do Krivis-Monk-Zealot for now. I believe IMC screwed up with something in Double Punch so the delay is much longer than 0.05 seconds. In my experience, however high your DEX is, once you hit enemies with it your attack speed hard-caps to somewhere around 150-220 DEX (you can get this amount from armor alone).
Until IMC addresses this, I would suggest avoiding the build for now really.
In my opinion, full SPR is ok with this build. At least you will have high damage from blind faith and zalchiai. Zealot’s offensive skills are very powerful anyway, plus you get less SP-hungry.
Sure, monk doesn’t scale off of SPR, but it provides armor break, bleeding, silence, and most importantly, golden bell shield, which is important when you use fanatasicm.
