Class - Krivis
Skill - Zaibas (level 5 - hit 9 times)
Attribute - Zaibas Splash
Character’s AOE ratio - 3

My Zaibas only hit 3 times for that 3 targets, which mean the hit count is counted for every single target. as 3*3 = 9

But by this description, Zaibas should hit all 3 target 9 times (since my AOE ratio 3). it hit all 3 targets, and counted as just 1, not counted as 3,

Zaibas counted as 3 per strike because there are 3 monster inside the circle. which i believe this is a Bug.

My AOE ratio is 3, it should be counted as just 1 per strike even there are 3 monster inside the circle, because the total count does not increase with Zaibas Splash attribute.

the monsters should died at 4th lightning, but there is no 4th, only 3 lightning. where the total lightning should be 9.

nope.
“does not work out in your favor” is not the same as “a bug”.

“total count” means “total number of hits”.

it scored 9 hits, same as it always would. it just split them up between 3 monsters at the same time, instead of stretching it out for 9 hits on one monster.

each time a damage number goes flying off any monster, that’s a hit.

if you don’t like the way this works, click on the switch to turn it off. (don’t forget to click “ok” to set it.)

i see, thanks for the answer, but still the description is confusing,

i interpret the description as
"Zaibas Splash, hit AOE without increase the total count. "
mean 1 strike hit AOE still count as 1, not count as 3 since it say not increase the total count. but i was wrong
anyway, thanks again.

The same applies to other skills with hit count, such as Carnivory. Each enemy will consume one hit count per hit.

i would buy that.

i picture that as like a sweeter, less tart (if that’s the correct description) version of mountain dew.

now i’m thirsty.
