Krivis - Sadhu - Taoist DPS build - Need Advice :)

Hi,

I’m planning a Taoist DPS build and I’m having trouble on choosing a better path.

I’m Planning a combination of the 3 great magic DPS class: Krivis, Sadhu and Taoist but I dont know how to make it

Cleric C2 - Krivis C3 - Sadhu C3 - Taoist C1 = i’m gonna miss taoist C2 crazy damage on Divine Punisment and also the zaibas attribute on storm calling :frowning:

Cleric C2 - Krivis C2 - Sadhu C3 - Taoist C2 = Missing Melstis and my zaibas/stigma damage is kinda weak vs C3

Cleric C2 - Krivis C3 - Sadhu C2 - Taoist C2 = Ill be missing sadhu’s best support skill(only support skill lol) Transmit Prana…also ABE/possesion damage is kinda weak compared to C3 - its like C3 or Never

Cleric C1 - Krivis C3 - Sadhu C3 - Taoist C2 = few heal tiles, no divine might and fade…and not party friendly(people want atleast C2 if you are a cleric -_-)

So which would be the best option? Which should I drop? Cle c2? Kri c3? Sad C3? Tao C2???

Also accepting other suggestion builds that center around those 3 classes

Hi,

I have the last build. The Heal tiles are enough if you solo(like i mostly do with that build), but like you said it isnt that party friendly.

I think the best part of kriv/sadhu combo is that sweet TP + Meltis. I guess for overall gameplay the first one would probably be the best. Divine Punishment isn’t too great tbh, cause of the 3 sec casting time and in general Tao 2 is not that good overall. (The extra zaibas is pretty sweet though)

I wouldnt go the second build since kriv 2 is very underwhelming.

The third build could be ok if you really want to go Tao 2, but like i said for me the main reason for kriv/sadhu ist TP + Meltis.

I personally like the last build the most, because i encounter enough cleric players in partys, so i dont think having only cleric 1 matters too much, but like i said i mostly solo with that char. I kinda miss Divine Might and the extra blocks from safety zone attr. Don’t really miss Fade, Tao Dark sight is good enough for me.

Hope i could help you.

I agree with scarybomb12, #1 or #4 are your best choices.
Taoist 2 honestly don’t bring much. It’s just the auto-Zaibas, and Divine Punishment isn’t really good. Which is why actually a lot of people only take Taoist 1~
You can skip Cleric 2 since you’ll probably go full INT (good base heal), and you have Taoist to hide the party (and thus protect) and Sadhu can heal with them by using OOB then Prakriti. But you’ll also lose Divine Might, Safety Zone and the some good damages with Heal + Blessing.
I’d go for #1 personally, Taoist 2 is the class that will bring you the least.

Hi thanks for the reply
Im also thinking of the last build since my goal is DPS so I wont be needing support skills - same as meta zealot dps builds lol

But im still considering the other build specially the Krivis C2 variant - its hard to let go Tao C2 and If you choose between Krivis and Sadhu, its clear that sadhu is superior to kivis and worthy to go C3.

but yeah, of all those builds, the non-cleric C2 variant might be the best

Thanks again

Thanks for the reply

I’m also considering the level 10 Storm Calling and Creeping death charm damage vs lvl 5 - the difference is quite something…

but right, thats only what I get on Tao C2 vs the heal, utility, support and friends which Cle C2 can give hahahaha

Now Im stuck between the 2 lol

For a solo play level 10 Storm Calling won’t bring much, it won’t change anything to you since it won’t last long enough for you to use four Zaibas and it’s only 212% damages for 5 levels.
Creeping Death Charm does get much better though. I love this skill (I do have a Taoist 2), but at the same time it isn’t for every situations which makes it lose a bit of its charm.
Divine Punishment damage is amazing, but 3s is a lot. So usually you can only use it against a target you know won’t be dead by then, like a boss. But sometimes they decide to move and RIP your skill (Last time I was doing WB Rexipher, he decided to move twice as my skill was getting ready… Rude.)
If you want to be solo though and don’t plan on doing party contents, you can go for the #4 without any problem.

My point was mostly that it’s not only support/utility you’ll lose with Cleric 2, but actually great damages.
Heal is 228% and 5 tiles = 1140%. 10 tiles = 2280%. Overheat = 4560%.
Then you add the fact it’s Holy (+50% on most bosses and mobs) and Blessing doubles it. It’s crazy good. It also has a low cd (22s) and doesn’t require any papers.
