Date and Time : Noticed this today.

Game Control Mode: tbh, this doesn’t matter

Where it happened: tbh, this doesn’t matter either. Just get the skill attribute “Divine Stigma: Duration.” Any level for that attribute increases the cool down timer instead of the duration.

Bug Description : “Divine Stigma: Duration” skill attribute increases the cool down timer for “Divine Stigma” instead of the duration of the skill. (i.e the initial cool down for “Divine Stigma” is 36 seconds. With “Divine Stigma: Duration” attribute at level 1, the cool down becomes 40 seconds)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Learn “Divine Stigma: Duration” attribute
  2. Look at the cool down of “Divine Stigma” with the attribute on.
  3. Look at the cool down of “Divine Stigma” with the attribute off.
  4. You will notice the cool down gets longer and the duration stays the same.

This is the best skill attribute ever.

edit: seems like the cool down increase is supposed to be there as well as the duration increase, however it doesn’t change the tooltip for the duration.

It’s a hidden effect that applies when the attribute is active ( toggled ON)
Since the attribute maxes out at level 5, you’ll only realistically gained +1 bonus second and the other 4 seconds makes up for the extended cool-down time. Looks as though it’s buggy in general if the cd is doing that

Even if it’s a hidden effect, it doesn’t show that it increases the duration on the skill description like every other skill that has something similar.

It really doesn’t make sense for it to be increasing cool down and duration. that’s really counterproductive.

The Effect Duration does in fact increase, it is just not shown in the skill’s tooltip.

The CD also stays at +4s even when you get the attribute to level 5.

The skill/attribute descriptions really need to be updated to show all relevant information instead of just a subset of it.

I personally wouldn’t want the attribute even if it increases duration by +5 seconds while increasing cool down by +4 seconds.

Most engages are either way longer than 30 seconds or shorter than that, and by the time you or the party would get to the next engage the buff will either still be on with very little time on it left, or it’ll be on cool down.

Not like that kind of scenario would happen often, but I personally wouldn’t want a longer cool down for such a small increase in duration (+1 second total).

It feels like a waste of money and time spent on learning the attribute.

at least it is better than linker’s Spiritual Chain: Duration. Adds 5 seconds of duration at the cost of +5 sec to CD. There are some similar attributes in other classes. Technically if you have Spiritual Chain at level 4 or lower then that attribute slightly increases skill uptime (50/55 < 55/60) but once you have 5 or higher - attribute is useless.

I wouldn’t bother getting that attribute either. It sounds completely useless.

They just need to increase the duration of this skill to like a minute. It is so annoying recasting this thing all the time. It’s good, but its not so amazing that we have to cast it on a mob, kill them, maybe it fails, but we cant even get 100 percent uptime on it.

Or maybe they could add an attribute to increase the str/int gain…

+1 I was wondering if it was a bug or something.

The fact that it doesn’t show the increase in the skill is very misleading.

And I believe the +4 second to the cooldown is a bug, otherwise it make absolutely no sense to raise that attribute to gain 1 second at rank 5.
