Can someone confirm if Sure Spell lets you continue doing damage with Psychic Pressure even if you’re hit in kOBT?
And what about Sub-Zero Shield ? Does it let you?
I already know that this effect was given to Reflect Shield in our recent CBT. I just want to know if its changed in kOBT or not because it’s a heavy factor to take into account when choosing classes.
