Does anyone know where to find the recipe or the drop? Or maybe someone can sell it to me for a decent price. I don’t want that 450k leggings on board when the top is 40k.

I see you never got a solution. I never used Knight Leggings; I just skipped them from the quest pants, but here’s a bump for justice.
No problem. Did you have any luck yet? I’d just recommend falling back on the quest leggings.
I will freely admit that I loved Path of Exile, but stopped playing because of the absurd lack of leg armor, or even pants. You just have bare legs that can be easily chopped by any enemy if it was a realistic situation.
I couldn’t take it anymore and just uninstalled.
The recipe for Knight leggings is dropped in Dingosfasil District (lv 207).
Either from the Red Infro Holders or the Blue Sockets, not 100% sure on that yet.
