This issue has already been reported, but since it has been unresolved the last few patches I’ll post it here as well.
Kneeling Shot is supposed to increase your range a large amount, however the range is no longer than your auto attack as of now and has been this way since Nov 3rd. The attack speed also is not applied at all and fires slower than auto-attack moving.
Using the skill does increase my damage, but it could be wrong too. (I hope so I would love to know it hits more.)
