Dear IMC,

Our server is experiencing tremendous lagg right now can you please fix your server. I know this is the first day but you should’ve learned from the past CBTs even from other region CBTs. You have the data on how many will play with the steam purchases and this still happened. We understand your urge to make money but having crappy servers is not an excuse. I’ve played alot of games with fail launches but this right here is not even funny anymore cause i took 2 CBTs for NA before going to OBT and you’re still persistent of your ways. Just think of what will happen when the F2P players come in at april. Hope you read this and start working.

  • We can’t use items
  • We can’t equip our gear
  • We can’t talk or accept quests from npcs
  • We can’t teleport to other maps
  • We can’t do anything
  • All Gameplay is halted except killing mobs forever with delayed slash or skill damage.

You can die and lag, exactly, same for the other server I’m playin on. It’s so nice to try using a exp card while dancing between all channels to finaly use one. Great feature.

That’s the main issue I have with IMC seriously. Why didn’t they learnt from past CBTs.

That’s why they needed upto 3 months before F2P. You guys want they to open it now and… here. Please bear with it. They are doing their best to improve everything. This game is stable only when it comes over the open beta period.

I locked a few pieces of gear.

  • Now the server won’t let me unlock them.
  • I can’t vendor the items.
  • I can’t throw them away.
  • Unlocking just doesn’t work.
  • I can’t register any collectibles.
  • Warehouse doesn’t work.
  • Marketplace doesn’t work.
  • I can’t buy potions.
  • Putting stat points does nothing.
  • I can’t return quests.
  • I can’t pick up quest items.
  • Quest loot doesn’t get picked up.
  • I can’t use potions in time.
  • I can’t level attributes.
  • I can’t do much of anything but just stand next to an NPC for 10 minutes waiting for it to respond.
  • I’ve tried changing channels, even restarting the client multiple times.
  • Nothing seems to work.

I’m stuck in a lag hole of hell. I can’t even transfer over to Fedemian since no transfers and pack opened. IMC is taking another 5 days to say nothing.

We get another week of maybe baby treatment while they count their Steam dollars. I have no use for the exp books as even if I did use them, I wouldn’t be able to do anything.

I’m stuck in an endless limbo of trying to walk, quest, vendor or progress. I’m stuck at circle 2. I probably would be circle 4 by now if the game didn’t half my progress this much.

I would give IMC the benefit of the doubt but they were fully aware that this might happen from previous iCBT. They saw what happened then and they let it happen again and again. Unless you’re the Amazon datacenters owner sitting next to the servers with the ethernet cable plugged right into your computer you’re going to get stuck. For minutes, hours, who knows.

Do you even realize how stupid you sound? What kind of mmorpg need frickin 3 months before going F2P to stabilize things?

They should bring down servers, add like 2 more and do a server reset. So ppl could choose the server right for them, this lag is terribad! And not GM or Notices to Address it up to now. Wish I could refund, but I have already accepted the Packs so am stuck.

Hope they hear us… Didn’t we pay to play in advance… But yeah… It’s a launched… Hope it’ll stabilize soon

Who knows how long it’ll take them to fix this lag. I have zero faith they’ll be able to create a decent gaming experience when the game becomes F2P.
