Dynasty Guild will be going through a special event period for the next couple of weeks starting on the 29th with multiple in-house events and rewards for members to celebrate the festive seasons.
We have decided to adapt one of our planned events to also include a version that allows public participation by other guilds or anyone else in the server!
The event can be participated by players of all levels including newbies as well as veterans!
There will also be sweet prizes in store for the winners!
Prizes may include, but are not limited to things like:
- Blessed gems, Magic Stones, Boruta Seals, Boruta Recipes, Lv 9 Gem Abrasives, Lv 10 Gem Abrasives, Golden Sockets, Pop-up Books, Medal Costumes of choice, Misrus Recipes of choice, Legendary Cards, various festive costumes, various unique hair costumes, various toys, etc.
[Event] Holiday ToS Quiz
Based off a similar official event in another game which I found interesting to adapt. This Quiz Event is one part of the unique special holiday event series for Dynasty Guild.
Participants first stand in the middle section of the event arena and a question will be asked. They will then need to move to either the “Team Popolion Section” on the left or the “Team Kepa Section” on the right to represent what they think is the correct answer.
The players inside the correct section/answer will move on to the next round while the players inside the incorrect section/answer will have to move off the event arena as they have lost.
The players inside the previous correct section/answer will then move back to the middle to await the next round of questioning.
An example of a question that might be asked in an “easy” round and how the event will look like is shown below:
You will only be given around 10 seconds to think about and move to your chosen team/section AFTER the question has been asked, and any participant still in the middle or not fully inside a section/answer block after the allotted time is up, will be disqualified.
(Any player still in the middle after the Times Up! message each round will be disqualified)
The questions themselves will be based on Tree of Savior information and can be related with anything from in game contents to deep ToS lore and even other random things you may or may not know about the game!
The questions will also increase in difficulty as more rounds are passed.
The rounds will keep going until 10 rounds have been reached or until 1 participant is left standing.
- In the case of the rounds lasting until the 10th round, all remaining participants in the arena will be deemed winners and rewarded appropriately.
- In the case of 1 participant left standing, that person will be deemed the winner and rewarded appropriately.
- In the case where all remaining participants left on the arena lose on the same round, then a special “repeat round” may occur with the participant who reaches the correct answer section/team the quickest being deemed the winner and rewarded appropriately.
The event will loop over multiple times, so even if you happen to lose at the first round, you will be able to wait abit and try again when a new run starts. The Questions will be different every single run.
The rewards for the winners will be provided right at the end of each run, so people will be able to know what the winners have won!
THE REWARDS ARE SCALED UP DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF PLAYERS LEFT ON THE ARENA.
The fewer the winners left behind on each run, the greater their rewards are.
Some basic rules for this event include:
- Participants/players will be unable to use spells/skills or pop album books etc during the entirity of the event. This helps reduce clutter.
- If there happens to be a case where it is not yet the 10th round AND there are exactly 2 players remaining on the arena, a sudden death rule will be applied where the 2 players will not be able to select the same team/answer blocks as each other. The player who reaches a team block first will get priority over that specific answer option/ team section.
The event arena location will be: Barynwell 86 Waters (Channel 1).
The event date will be 30th of Dec at 8pm server time/day 7pm server time/day!
You will be able to find a warpshop to this location in Ch1 of Orsha town closer to event date, it will be labled “Dynasty Holiday Event Warps”
