Commander Loadfail is the rank 10 class quest boss all classes must be able to solo.

He is a world boss actually. But instead of staying on one map he hits every player globally. Such OP, much wOw
Definitely a world boss.
He will cast red magic circles on the ground and if you stand on one you get disconnected. 
Did someone call for the Commander???
