So How to use command /pledge
Looks like a shi is dont work
Look for event menu left side of map. Search for the event you are looking for then click the “i” button (red) below it.
It should show the same way as how those /commands work.
there is no info about new event… so this event is bugged

As @Nvictus mentioned: Go into your news popup (it’s under the TP button next to the map) and click the red “i” button below it.

Hm… I would recommend restarting the game 
This seems to be a [EU] Fedimian server only issue.
The event does not appear in the news panel nor the /pledge command work.
Yeah I found out that I have to restart the game, now it’s working just fine ^^

The event works for me, the command /pledge too (it opens a map and a NPC marked by X to talk to) don’t know if they fixed it in the last hour, I logged in-game around an hour ago.

Dear Amy, did you happen to know when IMC will fix the squire’s base camp bug that’s been around out there for… well, since the game started
how to do the investigation part? X mark appears after i click the red “i” then i don’t know what to do after that 
Talk to the NPC there… It’ll have an extra option for the event.
Mine worked well, just went to the map the NPC told me to go, used /pledge, opened my map and after 1/2 second the cross was there, showing some of our old NPCs, talk with him, then u get a msg of that quest being done and back to the event npc, that’s all
