Kino 3 -> Rune Caster AoE Control build

I’m trying to theory craft a PvP build which can CC and burst down multiple targets via Rune of Destruction (I think this is a better meteor).

I’m not sure how this build can work. Can rune casters give me an insight with regards to the skills? Almost all rune caster builds I have seen either has Cryo/Kino Combo or Ele 3 -> RC.

PS: Kinda bored levelling my featherfoot I need an alt.

Hmm, I prefer Swap level 5 - Teleport level 1:

  • With teleport 5: you “maybe” reach 40 distance further (not so far).
  • With swap 5: you can swap up-to 5 target (monster, player) into your Raise’s zone.

Thanks. Is telekinesis good? Can I max magnetic force instead for it?

The reason you put points into Telekinesis is: Holding someone in PvP (for more duration), level up Magnetic force just increase (small) damage.
IMO, just 1 point on Magnetic force. The rest is up to you (Telekinesis, Swap, Teleport).
