Kino 2 Vs Wizard 2

Hi guy i need some advices
i try to do a nacromancer for use it in pvp and pve.
i not sure if is better choise rank 2 kino ( and take stun attribute for psy pressure and magnetic force) or take wiz2 for SURESPELL ( and for lv sleep)
i have this doubt because pys pressure and flesh cannon can be interruped easy…and I would not that I could not use them well in pvp.
at this moment my build is wiz->cryo->kino

p.s. sorry for my bad eng i hope you undestand what i mean

Neither? Both classes are meh at c2.

Go 1wiz/1cyro/3psy/2necro

or 1 necro and 1 featherfoot. Use instant CC to get spells off, no need to waste a whole rank just for surespell.

so dont i need SURESPELL in pvp? my buid contine to be
wiz>cryo>pys>X>sorcer>necro>necro…but i want undestand if is better take wizard rank 2 (for surespell) or a second rank of kino…tnk
