Yo so I logged into the game and changed channels, got kicked to log in screen. Keeps happening over and over again. Can a GM do something about it? Can’t get into my character

we cant even go to the log in screen, error keeps popping up!
Well, the launcher is forcing me to download 5.1GB worth of files. First I get kicked out, character stuck and now l have to download a bunch of ■■■■. ■■■■■■■ great.
