Bug Description :got kicked out of the lvl 140 dungeon and it used a run so im at 1/3 now
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

@staff Please assist in this.

This has happened to be as well and I have just sent a support ticket.

Basically, I have used 2/2 dungeon runs and both instance dungeons I was disconnected and my party members and myself were unable to re-enter the dungeons. This is for Lvl140 instance dungeons.

I have done Siaulai Missions and there are no disconnect / kick off server error.

I encountered the same bug in Saalus today. This is an ooooold bug. I hope they fix it someday. :\

Time to time we also got problem with Solmiki floors, disconnection, freeze bug. We can’t complete 2 successive runs without being disconnected please look onto this.
