how i tell which keys for which chests i mean there lv 1-4 keys but how i tell which keys fit to which chests since they never tell is lv1 chest or lv 2 chests etc…?
The display for chests are bugged. Try moving the cursor here and there on a chest and you will see the “lvlX Treasure chest” text. However you will only see this for a very little amount of time. In ICBT2 it worked just fine, now it’s bugged.

No. Each level of treasure chest has a different model. Go look for yourself at the link I posted.
once it wasted me a lv3 key cuz i thought it’s a collection 
Yikes! Lucky for you all the collections don’t require keys.
you can go by the look of the chest, each level of chest looks different…
