Keyboard messed; can't use any key

Bug Description :
All the keys are messed up. Cannot skill, cannot walk, nor even mouse works. Only controller works fine. We’ve tried to restart the game, verified the game files and its still the same.

Steps to reproduce the issue :
1) Logged in after Patch
2) Keys are all messy
3) Cannot skill nor move
4) Only controller works

Go to the folder TreeOfSavior/release
Delete all hotkey xml files

Verify the games files, to download then again.
**Maybe you dont have many hotkey xml files as me.
